FIFA World Cup

Two thing FIFA needs to look at following the conclusion of the World Cup is the dives and the definition of a penalty.

Some many players fall down we a breeze blows their way. It looks like a bunch of fainting goats. Don't me wrong because every sport in the world has individuals who try to gain an advantage by taking a dive, but when you see the vast majority of soccer players falling it is a bit ridiculous.

To me it looks like there is no set definition of a foul. If you fall down the Refs will blow the whistle, or is Team USA case make up an offsides call. I am a huge fall of soccer but I think it would make the game so much more competitive if they could just get it right.
